Invitation for Expressions of Interest 
 
The Invitation for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the Operator Franchise Public Private Partnership was released on 11 December 2009.
Registrations closed on 24 February 2010, and submissions closed on 5 March 2010.
 
The objective of the EOI process was to allow the project to identify a shortlist of those respondents most likely to prepare attractive proposals for the Operator Franchise Public Private Partnership.
